- 1.1 What if I don't have a computer at my location?
As long as you have access to the Internet, whether it be from home, from your location, or from anywhere else, you can use
Schedule A Visit
and offer your clients on-line appointments. You will receive an Email for
every appointment made.
- 1.2 What if I already have a desktop-based appointment system?
If you already have a desktop-based system that you use for appointments, you can still use
Schedule A Visit. Arrangements can be made to import your desktop customers to
Schedule A Visit, for a one-time nominal fee.
- 1.3 Can some of my customer still walk-in and call-in their appointments?
Yes, and Schedule A Visit can handle walk-in and call-in customers. The administrative
panel of Schedule A Visit allows you to view, print,
change, make appointments and cancel appointments. It will allow you to make
appointments for customers that do not have email accounts.
- 1.4 Can I use Schedule A Visit if I don't have a Web site?
Yes. You do not require a website to use Schedule A Visit. However, if you
would like your own website, we can register a domain name for you, design and host your website and all you would need is
access to the internet. Please give us a call to get reasonable rates.
